My name is Maurice Templeton and I am the Founder and President of Temp Academy. Based in Morrilton, AR, Temp Academy represents my three passions in life: my Faith in Jesus Christ, Athletics, and People. Temp Academy was founded with the goal in mind to change lives and make a positive impact on the world and the Conway County District. We’ll accomplish this by volunteering in different communities and incorporating different spiritual, mental, and physical activities for our Athletes. This organization began with just three kids who were eager to become great ball players, but most importantly, they wanted to become better people. Their values were right in line with my own. Now we are looking for kids with a similar passion! Temp Academy is happy to provide the consistent resources needed to help our Athletes reach their highest potential in life.
Requirements To Become A Member
Requirements For Applying
Must be at least 10 years old
Must be willing to work hard during practices
Must be willing to grow closer to God and engage in activities outside of athletics
How The Academy Works​
Each year we may/may not have a limited amount of spots available depending on the size of the returning class. Low numbers must be maintained so each child can be worked with on an individual level.
Will work with parents to accommodate each child’s schedule to the best of our ability during the summer and school year. (Temp Academy tries to have a flexible schedule)
All Athletes must reapply each Summer!
Violation of the Academy rules are grounds for dismissal at any time.
There is no fee to join
